Reflective Journal #1 by Danyelle Strand

Working as a team for our first project was very easy experience. Communication throughout the entire project was key. At the start of the project we picked a group and appointed who was doing what. We made an agreement that everyone was to do their part and turn it in the night before it was due via email. Giving our group leader ample time to finish the cover and put it all together.  By doing so this gave no one the chance to not have their part  completed. In conclusion, working as a team is not hard at all! If communication, time management, and hard work are applied there is no room for error.
